Their team of physicians perform surgeries at the best hospitals on the north shore including North Shore University Hospital, St. Frances Hospital, Long Island Jewish Medical Center and Winthrop University Hospital.
When North Shore Surgical Specialists approached Bright Launch, they stressed the urgency of having the site redesigned in less than a week. Our experts looked forward to the challenge. We were able to use much of the existing content from the previous NSSS website to create something fresh, a site that is now exciting and perfessional. NSSS placed no constraints on the design requirements and is now delighted with their new, attractive online space.
Bright Launch prides itself on working closely with its clients. Reviewing, repositioning, and rebranding of an existing site/brand is our focus. Due to the time constraints, our design experts carried out the entire planning and implementation process for NSSS in-house - the client was only consulted for approval of various design milestones. Making independent design choices has been a nice departure from the regular process, however we still provide hands-on, in-depth consultation for many of our clients.

In our experience, visitors to any website will spend only a split second to form their opinion about a site and - by extension - about an organization. Unless clients conquer that challenge first, visitors won’t even bother to read through much of the text copy, let alone browse around the site to find out about the rest of an organization’s mission and approach.
The good news is that clients have control over shaping that critical first impression – Bright Launch is a strong proponent of creating a well-balanced mix of text content to quality photography that invites readers to browse, glance, and finally start reading.
