Fire Drill Practice for Small Business Managers

Not long ago, Jack Yoest of Small Biz Trends was advising a boss on a product rollout. His team had never done anything quite as large. He suggested a ‘Fire Drill’, consisting of three parts:

  • Planning the fire drill,
  • the actual drill, and
  • the fire.
