After working as a design consultant on a major retail project over the last two years, I am still amazed how few clients realize the importance of great project management. It’s almost as if the design, the deliverables, the implementation are all that counts, with complete disregard of how an effective PM can make a major difference whether or not a project is finished on time, on budget.
Keith Robinson described in a recent piece his tips & tricks on how to make project management easy.
